We are the home of the Huskies! Hillview Crest Elementary School is located in Union City and is 1 of 7 elementary schools from the New Haven Unified School District (NHUSD). Our district serves all of Union City and Part of South Hayward, California.

Our Mission:

Hillview Crest shares the mission of New Haven Unified School District: The mission of Hillview Crest Elementary School and NHUSD-- both being partnerships of students, families, staff and our richly diverse community--is to develop and empower every student to be a productive, responsible and successful global citizen by creating an exemplary inclusive educational system characterized by a safe, caring learning environment and a challenging, comprehensive curriculum that ensures academic proficiency.

Our Vision:

Our school vision is to ensure that all students leave Hillview Crest academically, socially and emotionally ready for 6th grade. In order to realize that vision we rely upon a close partnership between home and school. Hillview Crest has three school wide values:
